My wife and I have used the Houser Law Firm 4 times over the past 8 years and and have not been disappointed. In fact we've been amazed with their results for us and have recommended them to several friends and colleagues. We have been fortunate to only need representation for traffic tickets but, due to their professional interaction and efficiency, well will not hesitate to use them shall a need arise.

This was a classic case of incompetence. I hired this firm to process my divorce papers. I paid for expedited service (30-45 day turnaround), and they took over sixty days to process our papers. I called to follow up why the process was taking so long. They claimed I had not returned the affidavit needed. It turns out, I did and they lied to my ex about it, stating, they never talked to me at all. A very petty move in their part instead of admitting they lost my document, which I sent sent subsequently, FedEx overnight two days after I spoke with them about it before Thanksgiving. This process started early November and they say, ‘the docs are in mail’. Well you know how that goes… Anyway, I hope someone will see this and if you decide to use them, just do not pay for expedited service. It’s a joke!
