The initial response to my inquiry was quick and detailed. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of traffic ticket. Both interactions I had with the staff were efficient and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I did get a confirmation for my payment, but would have also liked to have a confirmation/reminder prior to the court date that they were going to be appearing in court on my behalf. I was a little worried about not showing up in court without one, but at the end of the day I was worrying for nothing because they are reliable. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Awesome attorney

I've used Houser in the past for my divorce and recently contacted them again for questions regarding real estate. They have always answered me quickly and respond in ways that are more practical than any other law firm I've spoken with. They are all about helping their client and saving you time and money.

I live on the opposite side of NC and it was still easy and fast. Great law firm and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had never filed for divorce before and this law firm made it so easy for me. I first attempted to go to the court house in my county but all that paperwork they had me fill out was overwhelming. For just one flat fee, Houser Law Firm took care of everything for me! I was able to communicate with them through the whole process and my divorce was granted and finalized within two months! The divorce process can be a difficult one and I am truly grateful for this law firm making things go much smoother for me. I will highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again for everything!

No complaints, I could not have asked for a more reasonable price. They also responded within 1-2 days to any of the questions I had. I would definitely use the Houser Law Firm in the future (although I hope I wont have to!). 5/5 stars.

I retained Amanda B. Johnson of the Houser Law Firm in Jacksonville, NC to represent me concerning a traffic citation. She was able to get my charge reduced as requested for a very reasonable fee. Everything was turned over to her and she handled everything for a very satisfactory conclusion. I will be sure to do business with The Houser Law Firm again in the unfortunate event that I require legal council in Onslow County in the future. I will also highly recommend the Houser Law Firm and Amanda B. Johnson to anyone in search of an attorney for this area in the future.

I would highly recommend this law firm. When I didn't hear from them, I reached out via email several times to them - and, each time they answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They were also affordable. I liked the fact they had a payment plan for those of us who are on budgets. That was very helpful! P.S. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because some wise person said "there's always room for improvement".

I did not hire this firm. I just had a phone consultation and was told that by law I did not meet NC residency requirements. This was very distressing to me as I have lived in NC for the last 3 years and only left to stay with my family for purposes of the state required separation. I do not fault Ms. Johnson for being the barer of bad news. She was however remarkably unsympathetic, rude and condescending. This interaction was enough to convince me that this is not the firm I want to deal with.
