As I am searching for a great attorney I come across this buisness. Just by "reading" the reviews and the "responses " from the owner I would say that it doesn't get any more "unprofessional than this". I am mean to see a owner calling potential client's "JERKS" is utterly disgusting. If you see this type of behavior on an open post God knows how you might me treated in person...and yes I"m a. I will be waiting for a comment from the owner as hell only responds to ratings of 1 star lol

Hands down the best experience I have ever had! They resolved my speeding ticket which was quite high due to my lead foot. Then a couple of weeks later my husband got a speeding ticket for his lead foot and they answered my emails right away! They were very professional and communicated effectively and in a timely manner. I really appreciate everything they have done for my husband and I.

I'm not a client but I am a caregiver to someone who is currently a client of theirs. I was the one who referred the person to this attorney because he's been in a bit of a bind. I want to give people a heads up on the $395 divorce fee that is highly promoted by this law firm. They do mention in the fine print on their website that if you have a divorce that runs into issues you will be charged more than the $395 for your case, but you really have no idea what that price will be until they take you on as a client. I will say that this attorney may be one of the cheaper divorce attorneys in Jacksonville, but if you are trying to get a divorce and you can't find your spouse so that they can serve papers and a notice of publication has to be done, expect to pay right at( so far $915 in his case), or over $1,000, using this attorney. Just trying to be a little more transparent so that people get a better understanding of what the real costs involved at this firm are in some of their more complicated divorce cases. **Update 11-30-17** As everyone can see below the owner replied to this review in a highly hateful manner( no surprise there since this person usually called other reviewers jerks).The person obviously needs anger management classes, and spending less time answering Google reviews to focus more on their cases. Going off on tirades against people just because they quote the TRUTH, makes the person seem mentally unstable. No, I was not a client, but I DID REFER someone to their business. l also helped their paralegal obtain information for the case mentioned. So, indirectly this case became part of MY BUSINESS. Money also came out of a bank account I am co-owner of for this case, so that makes it MY BUSINESS also. I do not know who is replying to these reviews-if it is the lawyer, they obviously don't want their prices quoted to people to know what the actual costs of their services are and they obviously don't like people making less than 3 or 4 star reviews on Google about them. Also, the person's analogy of some things cost extra, that's true. At least some of those places give you a general idea UPFRONT about what their services cost, and don't have their paralegal call at the beginning of a month asking for more money, then by the end of the month saying the firm needs more money. When their client is undergoing cancer treatments, paying co-pays, and having other medically necessary treatments just to stay alive, shelling out last minute costs like $213 at the beginning of Nov, and then $318 by the end, of Nov, hurt. My review was just trying to help people to give them a better idea of what people would be paying this law firm under less than ideal circumstances. The owner obviously has a MAJOR problem with their prices being quoted for others to know about.

Very nice and cost effective.

This was my first experience with an attorney and the Houser Law Firm made it very easy and inexpensive. I needed an uncontested divorce and it was very affordable, they also kept me informed of my case every step of the way and were always available to answer my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone, great service and very helpful.
