Mr Silva has been apart of my familys life and I for about 8 years now. He has always been straight forward no matter what. His team is always prompt on returning calls and/or updating you on your case. I wouldn't reccomend anyone in this city to put there life in any other attorneys hands but Mr Silva. The owner of the firm he works for could not and did not try to explain his Attorney’s many failures, while giving me a full refund even the non-refundable portion of the retainer. I will be reporting ,Deke Slayton Ownes, to the N.C bar association and the owner of the firm Mr. John Drew Warlick has a professional and ethical obligation to do the same. *Turn around and seek another attorney to represent you!**
