Pros
1
Effective in handling complex cases, such as custody disputes and domestic violence situations
“He helped me to stay calm and realize it was the end result that mattered. He told me it would be okay and it was. The district attorneys office dropped the charges my ex had taken out on me. After Mr. Britt spoke to my ex's attorney I was given primary custody of my daughter.”
2
Compassionate and caring towards clients
“He always asks me if I am safe, he shows compassion and caring. My daughter likes him and that speaks volumes.”
3
Responsive and accessible to clients
“He returned every phone call, even if it was after hours.”
Cons
1
Potential lack of attention to detail and neglect of client's case
“I learn things from any other source's (family friend that studied NC law) i share it with him it's always wrong. I've had two other lawyers look at my discovery and say it's positively fightable and one turned me away all together lol. Or more or less he'll hint if I actually paid him I wouldn't be used as a pawn and sent back to prison for a drug I've never had.”
2
Potential conflicts of interest and issues with representing clients
“Lee Britt was appointed as my court appointed attorney on January 11, 2022. Unfortunately he wasn't able to represent me due to a conflict of interest. He withdrew from my case on February 3, 2022. I was never able to meet with him or talk him at all but he was still was willing to do 6 hours of labor for me even though it was a conflict of interest.”
