Staff is unprofessional Trevor Avery seems to have zero people skills. Feels very out of his element and inexperienced. Office refuses to call people back or relay the correct information. Prepare to spend and obnoxious amount of time on hold. If your looking to dump your money into an endless pit of nothing this is the place for you. Completely incompetent in everyway no matter what your issues are that bring you to need an attorney. Seek out someone else.
