I had two lawyers quit on my case. I did not get the service, guidance and attention needed for custody. Would highly dissuade anyone from going to this law firm for family law. They are not specialized in this area of practice.

Rude is an understatement, they do not listen at all, assume your wants from a case and refuse to listen when stating otherwise. The women I spoke to (heather) cut me off every time I started speaking. She told me that because I had public assistance Id lose my case and child. After doing some digging and receiving a consult else where I learned she isnt even a lawyer or paralegal she's an office manager at best. No compassion, untrustworthy, and only concerned about getting as much money from the people as possible. Edit to add: after reading more into the reviews here all i can say is wow. Shameful truly. Please remember we are the people and we have a voice (or we should) Contacting places such as the NC Bar Association would be in the best interest of the people and those who have suffered at the hands of this law firm and specifically Heather J , not a lawyer.

Called them to ask for help while I’m in a desperate situation and was told they didn’t handle these cases even thought when I google my exact problem they were the first to pop up. I was then given what I was told was the number to an attorney who could help me only have a robot voice tell me the line is disconnected and almost blew my ear drums out when I called it.

Attorney Robert Boneau is the absolute best! He was responsive, informative, and thorough in handling our case. I highly recommend him and his team!
