The King Law Firm has handled a custody case for my husband and I. They have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Child custody cases are very time consuming and strenuous on everyone involved, including the legal team. Our case has been difficult to say the least. We had to abruptly switch lawyers and our paralegal, Ms. Heather Johnson, made the transition wonderful. We know she has other cases to handle but has never made us feel like our case was less important then others. We have never been pushed off or left in the dark about what goes on in our case. Whenever we have questions or need things done, her and our lawyer, Mr. Heckart, have responded to us in a timely manner making sure our questions are answered and that we feel at ease regarding what is happening with the children. They both have always made us feel as if the children's well being is a priority and understand where we are coming from as concerned parents. They both are respectful and professional at all times, even when our emotions are raw and we are not thinking logically due to the circumstances at hand. Being that we know very little about the legal system, we were quick to want things done immediately but Ms. Johnson was always there to explain things in ways we understood and helped us with tough decisions we needed to make going forward with legal preceedings. Since the switch of our previous lawyer to Mr. Heckart, we have always felt great going into a court room and have felt like we will have a good outcome. He shows professionalism and definitely shows that he is an outstanding lawyer and knows the law. We will continue to use them for our case and any other legal matters we may have. From the very start King Law Firm has worked diligently to prepare my case for my SSDI hearing and has kept me updated on my case. They have answered any questions I've had in regards to my case and the appeals process. They are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services. Amanda Mcgreggor was amazing and help me through the entire Application process step by step.. She was so patient and was always available to answer all my questions.
