So far, they have been awesome with my case and have answered my questions when I have them within a decent time frame. I know my case will take 18months to two years before I get a court date, but they have been awesome so far!

I had an unusual case or “difficult”as some attorneys told me and turned me away. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE IN THIS FIRM for workers compensation claims!! There are far better lawyers and attorneys who will actually do their best for you as a client because they care about their reputation and success rate- these guys do not. I ended up doing most of the work in regards to my claim. I had to make constant phone calls & send emails to keep things moving before and after mediation. The performance of my attorney during the entire process, especially at the mediation hearing, was so ineffective that I should have just attended it alone. I wrote a complaint to the head of the firm, Mr. Kenneth King, addressing my issues and dissatisfaction. This was several weeks ago and to date I received no response. I plan to file a complaint with the state bar association and leave as many truthful reviews as possible. If you were hurt on your job, go with a firm who will fight for you, not one looking for a quick payout where you, the injured client, suffers the most.
