ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! I tried to call up there multiple times to speak to my attorney about my case and never received a call back, in three months, and then got a letter that they were withdrawing after I paid the deposit and everything! They withdrawal for “failure to contact attorney” yet every time I tried to contact my attorney, I never received a call back! They did this to my friend as well, they are absolutely terrible! Don’t waste your money with them. Also, I agree with some of the other reviews here, Heather is horrible! She is super rude and has no empathy!!! Should hire better people!!

If I could give zero or half a star I would. I paid this firm $7000 and I paid them in advance in good faith that they would take care of my family law case for my daughters. Not only after the payment were my lawyers changed 4 times, but also 2 of those lawyers reached out to me and asked me if I wanted to pay them money to continue my case at their own law firm practice. The amount of updates I received was truly despicable and I constantly had to call and email them to find out what was going on with my case. Additionally, the lawyers did not want to actually fight for anything I was asking for with my daughters. They didn't fight to have my daughters name changed back to my name (it was illegally changed without my permission), they didn't fight for the schedules and visitations I wanted, they didn't fight for my custody, they literally didn't fight for anything. This is after I supplied them with hours and hours of my own work providing them evidence of the mothers lies against me. 2 years I worked with these people and not once did I ever go to court. I had enough when they sent me a letter saying that I will have to fly across the country for visitation and at the permission of my daughters step-dad. WHAT?! Supposedly this was a typo, but given the severe lack of responsibility, effort and care they put into my case, I doubt it. Needless to say, I'm not getting any of my money back and now have to find and pay a new lawyer. I will be suing this firm for serious malpractice. DO NOT give any time of day to this firm for family law. DO NOT trust this law firm or pay them in advance Save your money and go somewhere else.

Do not use Jessica L. Tarsi if you expect to accomplish anything; especially in a timely manner. She will also blame her incompetence as an attorney on the receptionist and anyone else/ thing she can instead of admitting blame. The receptionist on the other hand of this practice is very sweet and professional!

They do not do there job in want to take your money and they have my money and have not sent it to me keep giving me the run around about why you have not sent my money
