I myself found Castle law firm by searching the web and they had nothing but great reviews. I went in and met with Joseph Peterson about custody and divorce. I felt like he listened and fought for what I deserved. He has since been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend them for anything that you need. They will listen and be honest and try their very best. If I could I'd give 10 stars.

I am currently a third-year law student at a nationally ranked top-70 law school. I retained Mr. Castle to handle my child custody, child support, and marital asset division issues. We just had resolution of the child custody case, which was rather complex due to legal and alcohol issues. Mr. Castle is a very ethical attorney and has a solid grasp on how family law is applied in North Carolina. He expertly develops legal strategy with the client and is adept at grasping the nuances of how a particular issue will affect the application of law to your fact pattern. Mr. Castle presents a bit unconventionally, and sometimes appears as if he isn't paying attention, but he is. His firm has always communicated well with me, even as an out-of-state client. He won't tell you what you want to hear simply to make you feel good, but he will give you an honest assessment of your case. I will say this much: he got way better results on my child custody case than I was expecting, and I was impressed at how he developed the case through the hearing. I highly recommend the Castle Law Firm for family law based on my personal experience.

While no one hopes to find themselves in a custody case, Mr. Joe Peterson can guide you through the process. He handled my custody case and did an amazing job. He kept us updated every step of the way. If we had any questions, he answered them for us to easily understand. He genuinely cared about our case. Castle Law Firm's prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this firm and Mr. Peterson for any legal issues that you may be facing.

By far the best law firm in town

Dont shop around dont ask friends for who they have hired in the past just go to The Castle Law Firm and talk to the amazing front desk and as soon as you do they take all your stress and worrying away. I have had the pleasure of having Joseph F. Peterson assist me and it was flawless. This law firm is professional, honest, loyal and willing to do anything so your rights are not infringed. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

I strongly do not recommend. One of his attorneys did nothing for my custody case or even tried to help me or my child out on our custody case at all, after I hired him and paid him thousands of dollars. Waste of my money and time. Do not waste your time. If you really want what’s best for your child/children’s best interest think more than twice before doing an consultation or worse hiring anyone from this law firm! Oh and they won’t even give you your money back and they suck at communicating with you! They’re only about a dollar and not at all what’s best for your child’s/children’s best interest. This law firm is very extremely beyond sad, pitiful and pathetic! They’re secretaries are rude and mean they even tell you lies from what the attorneys say to them to tell their clients when they call. Run far far far away from this place!!! They will brainwash you in the consultation when really it’s only about a dollar! Do not come here for custody and you definitely know and want what’s best for your child’s/children’s safety and living arrangements. You won’t get no results or nothing what you have payed for at all and that’s a fact!

Time will tell, for now I'm pleased with his services.
