I was referred to this law firm from a family friend after receiving a speeding ticket. Sara, the paralegal, was very professional and responsive over email and explained everything clearly. Paul Castle is one of the most responsive and hard working lawyers I have ever met. This man took my case, responded to all of my questions, and worked diligently, even on the weekends. Words cannot convey how much I appreciate Paul, not only as a lawyer, but also as a person. He consistently took the high road, maintained his professionalism, and refused to compromise his ethics and morals just for a "win". As to the efficacy? Let's say that I got every single thing I had asked for. Paul helped me get my daughter and protect my assets. I'm not sure what else you could ask for.

Mr. Peterson He was an amazing representation in the courtroom. After he reviewed evidence from both sides. He let me know there was a possibility we would not be able to win. I never lost hope in him because he was constantly thinking of new things to try, and help my outcome. It took a few months to get to the final trial because we had to post pon for my medical issues but that was a blessing. I was able to provide him with lots of details which helped him counteract anything the plaintiff said about me. When we finally got to trial he was amazing!!! He took everything I showed him, compiled it into his argument, and WON!!! My cousin is a discrimination attorney in California he gave me the best advice in the world. Hire an attorney who can remain calm! He said, "Calm always wins" Mr. Peterson fought hard and remained calm the entire time which provided the strength we needed to win. The opposing party's attorney was unprofessional and yelled in the courtroom. He created the most dramatic scene and I was embarrassed for him myself. Mr. Peterson SUNK HIM!!! It was really a pleasure having mr. Castle as my attorney. I had a dwi in onslow county back in March. I just so happened to make one of the best decisions in my life by choosing mr. Castle. Mr. Peterson took two very tough cases for me at an extremely fair price. I didn't get gouged or surprised with fees while he and his team put in a lot of long hours preparing for these cases. I was open and honest with him and he was the same with me. He was always one step ahead of opposing counsel and after seven grueling months we were able to get everything I wanted and more. Essentially, a vengeful person managed to use the court system to file both a criminal and civil charge against me and even created false evidence.
