REVIEW EDIT: After writing this review, Mr Silva saw that I was not satisfied. He called me to apologize and see what all they could do to make it right and made sure I got my moneys worth and that I felt completely comfortable with my consult. One of my options was to give Mr Owens another chance to review and study my case and give me another consult free of charge to make up for the first one and I decided upon this action. Mr. Owens apologized to me and made it right by remaining in contact with me, being professional even after the negative review I gave and gave me a better consultation worth considering when it came to hiring them for my future needs. I don’t like that this is what it took to be happy with a consult BUT everyone makes mistakes and the fact that they wanted to make it right and kept it professional, was what makes me write this positive review. FIRST REVIEW: Mr. Owens gave me significant legal advice and was not biased which I appreciated. Was not happy that he was not prepared for my consultation at all. Thought I was someone else and then when I was giving him more information about me and my possible case, he did not even come prepared to talk about my previous court history. After the consult, he told me that since he was not prepared, he’d be happy to look at my information if I sent it over through email and would give me more advice based on that and I never heard from him again after I sent over my documents. They were happy to take my consult fee but didn’t want to take the time to finish the job whether or not I hired them. In the end they did me the favor by not being prepared, honorable or reliable.

Pretty decent attorney so far haven't had any issues

During the beginning months of phase 1 of covid, I wrecked my vehicle traveling home from work, and I was charged with DWI and lane failure. This law firm is so pathetic and insignificant that they have to send spam letters out for legal services to citizens that don’t need it. Obviously the lawyers here are bad at their jobs if they have to find people to spam from public records. Do yourself a favor and find a worthy attorney.
