I live in the Northeast. I had a complicated claim and because I already have a high rating, no one near me wanted to take my case. I contacted this firm and they gladly accepted my business. I worked closely with attorney Ryan Spencer and paralegal Kristen Swinson. Attorney Spencer Foo up to my location in the Northeast to attend a video conference hearing for my appeal with a judge from Washington DC. Throughout the entire process, these folks were extremely helpful. Several months ago, my appeal was granted after a lengthy wait. I am quite confident that I would not have won my appeal without their assistance. They helped me obtain all the necessary paperwork and a nexus letter which helped me win my case. I cannot recommend them enough, even if you're not from the geographical area in which they practice. 5 stars all day long!
