Attorney Robert Scott was my divorce attorney for a very complex child custody and alimony case, that had ultra high conflict with my ex-wife. From the consultation to the final separation agreement, Attorney Scott was wise, professional, and strategic. Without an attorney like Attorney Scott, I am pretty sure that my case would have doubled or tripled in time and money. I am certainly in his debt for all he did for me.

Friendly and helpful

Paul has helped me with an ongoing custody case and a fight to prove my innocence since 2018. They are quick to respond, answer phone calls or emails, file claims, amendments and motions on your behalf. If you have scheduling issues they will work with you. I had two jobs at the time and sometimes face to face wasn't an option but an email or a phone call worked. If you are having any issue give Scott Law Group a call they can help.

I hired Paul to assist myself and my mother with a legal name change. Paul directed us and provided us with the necessary forms and documents in a timely manner. He responded to phone calls quickly and in professional manner while finding us the answered we were seeking. We were able to get both the name changes completed and have only good things to say about our Attorney. Highly recommended.

If you want a quality lawyer with fair representation........FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!!!!!!!!! Mr. Scott will bleed you dry and not produce results. I wish I would have done more investigating before choosing him based off these fake 5 star reviews. Apparently they have not worked with him. They do not return emails or calls unless they want something from you. Lawyers are suppose to be there for you and be upfront and honest. This is not the case with them. One of his partners even called me and had the wrong case. I said excuse me, thats not even my case. They are a joke. I pray to God that they will not swindle any one else out of money. It is not right. We entrust them with our lives and they take advantage of or vulnerability. All I can say is just be careful and do not end up like me.

If anyone needed legal help, I would definitely recommend Scott Law Group! After firing my local attorney for failure to perform, Bobby Scott and his team helped me with my severe car accident case. Bobby was very professional and prompt, even from 150 miles away!

Mr. Scott took nearly $10,000 from me, insisting that I give him more and more as time went on. In the midst of it all, he asked me to give him a good review on Google and other websites. It didn't seem unethical at the time, but now I see things more clearly. Mr. Scott took advantage of me. After hiring another lawyer I realized the severity of his misrepresentation. It is to my understanding now that he actually filed the incorrect paperwork with the court. My new family lawyer had to undo what he did just to proceed with my case. There are other insidious things that Mr. Scott has done, and I wish I could share them here, but I'm fearful it may be unlawful to publicly disgrace him. Feel free to reach out to me if you've also been taken advantage of by this law firm. I'm trying to gather as much evidence as I possibly can to file a formal grievance with the State Bar Association. I plan on submitting it in the following weeks or possibly months. The level of detail required to file a proper grievance can be meticulous, and I want to be as thorough as possible. Innocent people should not have to go through what I've been through in dealing with this law firm. This review isn't meant to be personal, it's only meant to save others from being taken advantage of. UPDATE : I'd like to address Mr. Scott's response to this review. I'm merely warning others. I'm not trying to hurt his feelings or his business. I'm not editing this review as described. I'm adding to them because Mr. Scott keeps editing his response. I've left tons of Google reviews, yet this is the only one star review I've ever given. Just think about that for a second. I think it's obvious that Mr. Scott is just grasping at straws. He knows what he did was wrong, and I would like to make my entire story public. I'm only withholding until after I file a formal grievance, and possibly even hire yet another lawyer who specializes in this type of litigation. In the meantime, I'm just trying to warn others. Mr. Scott claiming that I am disgruntled couldn't be further from the truth. I am not writing this review with malice, despite what Mr. Scott may believe.

This law firm is simply the best! They are always tentative to your needs, and prompt to return phone calls, emails, and gathering data for your case. Attorney Barbee handled my case(s) and was completely fair, respectful, understanding, honest, and hardworking! He truly expresses his concern and recommendations in a way that makes you feel cared for! Would HIGHLY recommend!! I can not show or express my appreciation enough!
