I had the occasion to need legal assistance in crafting a demand letter to an individual with specific request or actions to be done. I went to Mr Hutchins for assistance. I found him to be professional and thorough in questioning my objective and circumstances of the issue. The demand letter was sent . I received better than expected results. Mr. Hutchins and his staff made the process of creating our wills and other estate documents as smooth and easy as possible. Amy was wonderful despite many back and forth emails to get details just right, and Jeff took plenty of time with us to make sure we understood what we were signing. Highly recommend!

I was falsely accused of a crime, his office staff were professional, fast and prompt. He prepared for my case within three days and WON!!!!! smash!!! I wish I had found Jeff before I found my prior attorney. He took a very difficult situation / a botched up case (by a prior attorney) and was able to bring it to conclusion. Even though it didn't go the way I wanted, he was prepared, was straight forward on our chances, did an excellent job on re-doing discovery, straightening out a mess, and holding the opponents' feet to the fire. His assistant Amy was also excellent and very helpful. I deeply appreciate his services.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service we received from Mr. Hutchins in our civil complaint for damages due to negligence in work at our home. I consulted with Attorney Hutchins and he informed me of my legal options. I told him I would like to pursue this extremely important matter when I was financially able to do so. When I finally contacted him I was told he would not be able to take the case. That in itself is fine, but considering this was an issue where time and deadlines were important, the professional thing to do would have been to contact me ahead of time. Now in my search to start over I will probably not have any options at all.

I recently retained Mr. Hutchins to obtain a divorce. He provided me with information about NC law and what the process and timeline would be. His office staff is great to work with. I received regular status updates, and my emailed questions were answered within one day. My divorce was final sooner than I anticipated it could be done. I considered his fee to be very fair. I would definitely hire Mr. Hutchins again for any other matters if the need arose.

My husband used Jeff for Disability. He was awesome. He is a very caring person and keeps you informed of everything going on. Had to go to court for the Disability hearing and within 2 months he got all his back pay and his disability checks started. Jeff took care of everything from getting all info from all Dr's and then would sit down with us and go over everything. We would recommended him highly. We will use him again if anything else should come up that he handles.
