My husband retained Lincoln Bennett to handle a traffic ticket. It was hard to get in touch with him throughout the case and upon “resolution” , his best advice was that we hire a different attorney to resolve the fall out from the case he was hired to handle. My husband was fed false promises throughout the case that did not come to pass. His paralegal, Emily Raynor, was extremely complicit and failed to relay messages and information in a timely manner. I definitely do not recommend hiring Lincoln to handle your court cases.

Lincoln Bennet is not the best lawyer available and will likely do the bare minimum. I have not been pleased with the services provided and would tell others to not use Lincoln in a divorce case.

Lincoln Bennett is as good as they come as far as tenacity. He's a shark im the court room and immediately jumps on opportunities the moment they present themselves. He's a no-nonsense type of guy who doesn't play silly games. He helped me get my little girl away from utter chaos and I can't thank him enough.

Bennett & West in King, NC, was a wonderful resource when I was creating an LLC and drafting Terms & Conditions for my small business. A cpl of ppl in my family and circle have used Brandon West in the past and I even have had him once bc if u walk into a courtroom ESPECIALLY A STOKES COUNTY COURTROOM u have to have the best backing u! Now my dad's gonna hire hin on some real estate deal bc like I told my father he can't go wrong with West! I don't plan to need Brandon again for myself bc I'm on the straight and narrow and have been since 2011! But if something happens, I'll be hiring Mr. West bc I'll never except less than the best! 🙏🏼💜 •💋
