Called and spoke with Maggie about a service I needed and she was to return my call after speaking with the lawyers there. Still haven't heard back and it's been over a week.

I have worked with several closing attorneys in the past 3 years. I would NOT recommend Elizabeth O'Neal. I was astonished that the most basic question seemed to have confused them. They did not distribute the procedes from the sale accurately. They relied on using closing documents from others rather than using their own forms. Errors were made with spelling of names and details on the document. Rather than starting a new document, they copied over the original making it look like a 10 year old prepared it. Our closing was a really strait-forward cash sale and should have closed fairly quickly but they stalled the process for some reason with no explanation whatsoever. Very unprofessional. I will not use this attorney again.

I highly recommend Elizabeth if you have a real estate need. She is very knowledgeable, dedicated and extremely passionate on what she does. Her attention to detail is absolutely spot on. Along with being professional, she will work very hard for you. You will not be disappointed!!

I had hired Jennifer Michaud with this law firm, to represent me. When I first contacted her, she told me there were no conflicts of interest. After paying her the majority of her retainer, she informs me by email, not telephone, that she has a conflict of interest and cannot represent me. Ms. Michaud said that she would not be able to tell me the conflict. She said that she would return only a portion of the retainer paid to her. All of the retainer, except for a small fee, should have been refunded. It was not my fault that she did not investigate thoroughly and find this conflict of interest. I know that she did work on the case and I was willing to pay a small fee. I could never do this to someone. I would not be able to sleep. It is her fault, not mine, that she can no longer represent my interests. I do not recommend her or her firm. Now I have to pay more money in order to retain another attorney. The remainder of the money that I got back from her is not enough to pay a new attorney, which would be if I receive the entire retainer. This is going to cost me a lot more money. On Monday, July 13,2020, attorney Nicholas Overby contacted me about adding $500 more from the money that I had paid to Ms. Michaud. I had to agree upon $800 instead of the entire amount that I had paid to them. I understand that the work that was done is supposed to benefit my case. However, I'm still having to pay for another attorney and the money refunded to me will not completely pay his retainer. so, unfortunately, I still cannot recommend this attorney or this law firm.
