Efficient, dependable and professional. These are some characteristics I would use to describe my attorney Mr. T. Snead. I recently had a matter in the courts which was resolved expeditiously . Mr. Snead is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him.

Wish I could give .25 stars. We were told a matter would be taken care “by the end of the week”. It has been over 9 months and the matter is still not resolved. We have called more times than I can count. It’s always the same thing...we will let him know. He is never in his office and never returns called. His retainer was paid and very little contact afterwards. I cannot see why he has so many good reviews. It is excuse after excuse provided by his receptionist. Very very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Mr. Snead and his office staff are respectful and polite. They walk you through the court process and give you 100% confidence they are on your side. Mr. Snead reviewed our case, accepted it, treated us fairly on the cost and the outcome was exactly what he promised. If you need a lawyer you can trust to be honest and fair to you, Timothy Snead is it.

Mr. Snead really helped me and my family when we needed someone solid. I had been dealing with a different attorney in town and could never get my situation straightened out. A friend told be about Mr. Snead and I met with him once and he was able to work everything out for me and my family with one court date. Mr. Snead's fees were fair and he worked with us. Nice guy, I would tell anybody to go see him. Thanks Mr. Snead.

This lawyer is trustworthy. However, he would take 1-2 months to return my calls/e-mails. And when my call or e-mail was returned, it was his secretary that responded. I had difficulty getting in touch with him, despite stating that I urgently needed to speak to him about my current situation. When he did return my call, he would spend a good 5 minutes discussing how busy he's been in superior court and with other cases. I felt that, as a client who is paying for legal services, I did not want to feel like my case was not as important as his others. He is fairly knowledgeable but does not do a good job at explaining all of your options. I went 2 years being told that I would never be able to win a specific case and that it was a waste of time and money to even try. However, I consulted with a new attorney and within 6 months, everything was accomplished. Additionally, from my perspective, he is involved (in a business relationship) with other attorneys in surrounding counties and if the other party is represented by one of those business partners, Mr. Snead tends to let his guard down quite a bit and begin listening to the other attorney instead of his own client. In my opinion, if you have a pretty easy and straight forward case, Mr. Snead will handle it for you. If your case is complicated and requires an attorney who will return your calls promptly, weight out all of your options, and aggressively treat your case as important as his others, then I suggest hiring a different attorney.
