Online this office was reported to be an insurance lawyer, but upon calling them, I never got past the secretary who denied me and said they’re taking on any new civil cases. What kind of lawyer is this? Not when I need I guess.

For obvious reasons, nobody wants to have an attorney or have to go to court, but I must say Mr. Delk is one of the finest and most outstanding men I’ve ever met, and he also gets the job done and efficient and professional while doing so. I highly highly recommend this office.

0 STARS. Referred by a family friend, we called the office multiple times over the span of 3 months in advance of the court date being told to expect a call back. WE NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. A few weeks before court date, our family member who is friends with Joe Delk spoke to him for us and told us he didn't want to handle my boyfriend's speeding ticket and gave no reason as to why. It feels racist frankly. At least have the courtesy to tell us upfront! You are unprofessional and a joke.
