I got a traffic speeding ticket and this firm took care of it. I live out of state and case was resolved without any headache. Fees were reasonable and process was discussed well in advance and communicated promptly on the updates

Mr. Richard McCain was my brother's lawyer. He explained what my brother could expect when he went to court. He answered all of his questions satisfactorily & went above & beyond for my brother. His lawyer fees were very reasonable also. I would highly recommend Mr. McCain for anyone needing the advice of a lawyer.

Richard McCain was my attorney for a Rowan county case. The price was reasonable. He thoroughly reviewed my case and answered all my questions. He provided me with information in regard to the law so that I knew what to expect outcome wise. He made sure to make me feel comfortable walking into court by being on time, on top of the details, and by keeping his word. I had the best judge and DA I could expect in light of the circumstances, because of my attorney. If you’re in a bind with traffic violations, he’s your guy!

My son cannot write a review so I will. He admitted guilt hoping it would make things better. It did not. We ask for a certain paper. Never got it. Papers can be written up not be truthful. I call him and do not get return call back. Wrote Judge a letter because I am 79 and no other family. Do not know about that either. Both of us felt belittled and un-important. Hope We never need another attorney Sincerely!’

This law firm is a joke they charged me big money and did nothing take my advice the one that was supposed to know civil law never showed up and let my customer get a order when I was 100 % innocent I was asked to accept a plea that was completely unfair to me and my company consumer's BEWARE!!!
