No tactic, belittling, and very rude man.

Richard mccain has been there for.me.mulitple times more then just a business level my name is phillip hunt and he has just been a great lawyer amd friend to my familyi highly recommend him for amy troubles he can deal with

Great guy

Took time out of his day to talk to and give free consultation given our situation and although it waznt what we wanted to hear the fact he took time to look into our matter meant a lot when other law offices were charging a $100 or more just to speak with lawyer about the matter for 30 min.

Bad attorney

Richard is truly a nice guy. He will allow you to learn your lesson and at the same time defend and protect you in court. And his consultations are free. Try him out. It's worth it.

I am a well educated 43 year old single mother of three daughters ( father deceased) whom I have raised and am still raising them.  To make a long story short, I broke my back twice, got on physician prescribed medications for well over ten years, approximately nine years ago got a DWI ( NEVER TOLD I COULDN'T DRIVE AND DEVELOPED A TOLERANCE SO THEY JUST MADE ME ABLE TO TOLERATE LIFE NOT MESSED UP).  Around 8 yrs later (had no further infractions since), I made the mistake of driving to the methadone clinic (I have three yrs clean from abuse of pain meds).  I received a letter from Mr. McCain offering services so I called them this morning at which time the receptionist scheduled me an appointment to come in and discuss the above with Mr. McCain.  Unable to get a valid license holder to drive me to his office (about 30 min drive), I called his office at which time he answered the phone.  Not even having the time to even discuss or apparently CARE HE RUDELY TOLD ME I WAS, AS PER HIS WORDS, THAT I WOULD NEED TO COME IN BUT BE SOBER WHEN I DID???? NOT EVEN GIVING ME ANY TIME TO REACT (DONT DRINK, NEVER HAVE) HE CUT ME OFF AND SO UNPROFESSIONALLY HUNG UP.   IF YOU WANT AN ATTORNEY THAT APPARENTLY KEEPS HIS HEAD UP HIS ASS 24HRS OF THE DAY WITH CRAP IN HIS EARS, I WOULD TELL YOU DEFINITELY CALL HIM..  However, if you want a decent attorney call anyone but him.   He is just what they call an ambulance chaser, don't care about his clients, but does care about money and I AM SOOOOO GLAD I FOUND THIS OUT BEFORE HAVING HIS NAME AS MY REPRESENTATIVE.  GOD BLESS AND MAKE GOOD, WISE DECISIONS....FIND A GOOD ATTORNEY NOT ONE LIKE HIM🙅🙅🙅💩💩💩💩. He DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!!
