Couldn’t ask for better!!!

This place is the most unprofessional and uncommunicative practice I’ve ever used. For you to pay them for a service and treat you so rudely they are awful. I wish them the best, but I will never use their services again. All I had was a simple traffic violation.

Fantastic attorney

I living in Texas - had the need for a defense attorney ASAP - - My daughter had a domestic related incident while visiting Livingston, N.C. with spouse who drank and got out of control & called the police. She was taken to jail?? what a mess - I had no information and the bail bonds company near the jail referred me to the Mr. McCains office. I was received over the phone with great, caring assistance and referred me to Jim Heddrick as the Attorney that would handle the case. This, during a time when the jail had lost telephone service. Mr. Heddrick assured me he would get a message to her in fact he went over to the jail to do just that so she would know that help was on the way! Further, he kept me informed and helped to calm her down, Which helped her and I. Mr. Heddrick met with the DA and both agreed this was a case that should not be pursued and case was dropped.... I can't say enough about the kind consideration for the office and Mr Heddrick. I was kept informed through out the weekend... the case was dropped and expunged shortly after... I can't say enough, how much I appreciate the working of this office and this Attorney.. having been a paralegal for 40 years, I can say, I have not met a more understanding and professional Attorney ever. My only wish is they would move their office to Texas. If anyone needs a lawyer who listens, understands, takes action and gets results, this the Attorney and Firm I would recommend.
