Shawn Frailey was my attorney way back in 2003 or 2004. I was going for an assault charge. Which I was guilty of. But with special circumstances. And Shawn Fraliey got my case dismissed. And I've also called his office for advice. And Shawn has never steered me wrong. He's very great at his job. And a Beast in the courtroom. When he tells you he'll take care of you. This firm is amazing. Mr.Fraley represented me a few years back and had everything completely threw out. Recently Mr Wes Brittain represented me and did an amazing job. DUI,OPEN CONTAINER,FAILURE TO MAINTAIN LANE CONTROL was what I was up against. I had a wilful refusal that took my license for a year but he had all charges dismissed. Mr Wes Brittain completely took care of me. As did Mr Fraley a few years back. Mrs. Susan at the office was so helpful throughout the process. She was very patient and took time to explain things to a T. One more case Mr Wes Brittain is handling of mine and hopefully I never have to go back through the system. But if I did I would definitely be using their council. Mr Wes Brittain was so knowledgeable and professional. A big thank you to the guys. Quality is not expensive, it is priceless in my case.Need amazing representation? This is where you should go! These are big Dawgs, they do not mess around. They don't just say, they deliver.

Lawyers will not call you back. This is very unprofessional! These are serious matters and they act like the do not have time for you. Also, the receptionist is very rude. It was surprising to me because I would think that they want to make their customers happy.

We were recommended to Shawn for criminal charges that were completely unjustified. We met with him 30 min before the trial. My husband didn’t even have to speak once during the trial and it was dismissed after the clear evidence from both parties was presented. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for an aggressive attorney, he was so knowledgeable and confident in his ability to get this handled for our family.

Drove my neighbor to her attorney's office for a question of fee payment in a dropped civil dispute. The attorney was, of course, on vacation. So my neighbor will have to call them later. Nice office, nice staff. She said the lawyer did a great job representing her.

I was about to pay $4,000.00 to Fraley. I only had a question to ask him and he had has secretary tell me that "we've already spoken once, pay the money and no more talks." They were so rude the whole time..Thank god Richard McCain was there to get me off of 4 felonys, completely dismissed. Do not spend your money on these lawyers that do not care about you at all.. i only spent $1500 with McCain.
