I came across the Buzzard Law Firm while searching for an attorney to defend me and my husband in a first degree trespassing charge. I was not able to get a hold of an attorney that Legal Shield had recommended, and the other attorney they recommended took too long to reach out to me. Time was literally running out. I contacted Buzzard Law Firm on a Tuesday and my case was going to court on Thursday of the same week. An appointment was made for me to come into the office at 9:30 Wednesday and talk to Attorney Rachel Hairr. Ms. Hairr was very professional and confident. She told me how she planned to handle the case which was to first reach out to the DA and try to get a dismissal. If that did not work Ms. Hairr told me what her next plan of action would be. When I left the law firm heading back to Fayetteville, I felt more calm after talking to Ms. Hairr than I had felt in the last two weeks. When I got the call at 12:11pm on Thursday that the case had been dismissed, I was beyond happy. I immediately begin to text all of our family and friends who knew of the situation. I was also told that Tony said if the plaintiff filed again contact him and "he would take care of it". I know that the Buzz Law Firm has cases that are more serious and more time consuming than mine was but at the moment that they appeared in court to represent me and my husband it was our case that was important. So I want to close this review by thanking Attorney Hairr and Attorney Buzzard for providing me with service that I rate as 100%. I have put the Buzzard Law Firm in my contacts in case I am in need of their services again or in case I have the opportunity to recommend a GREAT criminal defense law firm.
