Slow. Some team members are not sure what others are doing. Good chance if you leave a message with someone it will not get delivered and then told only speak to who you need but they are hardly ever available

Patient lawyer and very understanding

First of all let me say this...Clay is a nice guy, fast talker but still a nice guy. My wife and I separated. At the time I didn't know who to go to but growing up I always walked by his father's law firm and chose to go there for my representation. My advice is that if you have more money than you know what to do with, go to this law firm. If not, look elsewhere. My total cost was around $9,700.00 not including the mediation fee!!! My wife's law firm of Jonas-Jonas was in the $5,000.00 range and she got a hecka lot better service than I did.I will give you an example of one of my occurrences with Clay. We were to have mediation one day. Clay had to cancel it because he had a last minute hearing come up. He charged me $100.00 to send an email to me, the mediator, and my wife's lawyer notifying us of the cancellation. This was totally wrong!! At the end of the separation hearing Clay informed me I owed $3200.00 ($950.00 of that to the mediator). I thought that this was the end of my fees. Boy, was I wrong. A couple of weeks later I got an email from his paralegal that I needed to sign a couple of documents and that I would owe another $2200.00 to have them sent to the parties involved. I was totally stunned. If I had to give anyone advice on selecting a lawyer to represent them it would be...get an estimated price of what it's going to cost you in which I didn't do and don't go here. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Mr. Cutchins is the best!! My son Aaron went to him to get joint custody papers for his son. The mother and him had already worked out how they were going to do the joint custody. So this was considered a friendly suit. A few changes were made to the papers and it was done just like that. They were able to keep it out of court and everything. I highly recommend Mr. Cutchins to anyone.

Paid $150 for a consultation fee that did not leave me very confident my case could be handled. Waited 3 weeks with 0 results on probate issue with no communication with Jamie Hodges. Needless to say I’m obtaining a different lawyer.

Mr.Pendleton helped me with custody of my grandchild. He was very professional, courteous, and genuine. I highly recommend his office .

I called last Tuesday, and spoke with Beverly, and made an appointment for Wednesday January 15th at 4:30 for a consultation. I called this afternoon to confirm my consultation appointment and was told by the other secretary's, "because Beverly was at lunch' and was told that I wasn't on the schedule. Finally Beverly returned from lunch and she got on the phone with me and said she was confused, and started looking through her notes. She found where she took my info and seen that I called and made the appointment. But she said she must have forgotten to put my name and appointment on the calendar! She proceeded to look at the calendar to see when the next appointment would be available! At that point, I kindly thanked her, and am currently seeking other council. I can clearly see why they have a 3 star rating!
