Jennifer has helped me on several occasions. My family has used her for a variety of legal matters from helping with a death of a loved one and all that entails to helping with rental property and other investment properties. I highly recommend using Jennifer for your legal needs.

She is the worst attorney you could have to represent you.I strongly urge you to choose someone else.

She failed my daughter big time. She drew flowers in court while her ex-husband's lawyer took my daughter to the cleaners. The first sign was she walked into the courthouse with her ex-husband's lawyer. All she was worried about was going to lunch! Don't waste your time or money on this so-called lawyer!

Jennifer Hames failed me in one of my toughest times of a domestic violence situation which ended in divorce and a CPS case against my ex for child abuse as well. I made clear that custody was needed immediately as my ex was constantly threatening myself and our children. She failed to file for emergency custody until it was too late. She also allowed my ex and his attorney to drag their feet with informal extensions that she didnt even ask me about. Nine months later I had nothing to show but a temporary order for support after spending thousands of dollars. In the meantime, I would have been homeless if it weren't for help of family and friends with bills as my ex refused to give me any support for the kids. We spent those 9 months without heat and air (through the winter) because I had no money for repair. Meanwhile....continuance after continuance. I finally hired someone else and got some results.... within 3 months I had a signed separation agreement, signed QDRO, and signed divorce papers. The only thing I regret is listening to her excuses.... it ended up costing me thousands and making my custody case more difficult as well as really hurting our kids in the long run from lack of support needed and threats of kidnapping from their father.

Jennifer is an amazing attorney! I couldn’t have asked for better during trial. I’m very thankful for having her represent me.

Would give -5 if it let me. Lawyer is money hungry and will keep extending your court dates to help her make you pay more money. Having this woman for a lawyer means your guaranteed to lose. She is a crook and should have her ability to practice law suspended.. stole $1500 dollars from us and then demanded $1500 more 1 month later after doing absolutely nothing.
