I was facing serous charges and Mr stockade was very honest with me and believe in me that I was not in any way quilt, we took it to jury trial and he fought for me as if i was his own daughter up there, out come was good and even though I no longer love in NC, and have since married bough a home and have a predictive life , I always think of him from time to time cause if it wasn't for his beliefs in the Justus system and in me as a client, I would be in prison. Even though Mr. Stockdale did not take my case, I appreciated him not giving me the run around. After I explained my situation, he told me right away he would not be able to help me. That tells me he is knowledgeable and Trustworthy. I was shocked but truly impressed by that Mr. Stockdale.

I was battling for the removal of a General Officer Memo of Reprimand from early 2008. This GOMOR was filed in my Official Records preventing promotion and prompting a Show-Cause for Retention or Elimination. After 2 failed attempts with Active Duty Legal Counsel assistance appealing through the Department of Army Suitability and Evaluations Board, I decided to interview non-Military Lawyers for a final appeal through the Army Board of Corrections for Military Records. After the initial phone interview I knew he was just the right Lawyer for my purposes. I was expecting to hear results in 10-12 months, but was elated to discover that within 5 months, the ABCMR granted me FULL RELIEF! Attorney Stockdale was instrumental in advising me how to navigate a tricky legal situation involving a contract with the Army/Army Reserves for a health profession scholarship. He was able to direct my efforts in attaining a conditional release from the Army Individual Ready Reserves in order to pursue an active duty career in another uniformed service. COL. Stockdale was the second lawyer I used during my case. After such a bad experience with my first counsel I had a really bad taste in my mouth, but I decided to contact Lee after researching for about a month on the internet.
