I was on vacation in OBX from out of state and ran into some trouble with the law. Hiring Jay was the best choice I could have made. He thoroughly researched the facts and law of my case, was very responsive and clearly presented my options before trial. Despite having bad facts on my side he took my case to trial, masterfully cross-examined the prosecution's witnesses, and exposed the bad facts of THEIR case. As an attorney myself, it is a rare pleasure to watch someone so talented in the art of cross-examination. Even the State Trooper who was the prosecution's main witness remarked that Jay was the best attorney he has faced.
