Worst customer service ever to get an mis hap figured out that went into collections. Thank god I recorded my rude phone call with the women dealing with HOA things. “She is only one person.” “Rarely checks the voicemail” “the email is in a paper” that’s all I got from her with questions. She wouldn’t even give me the email to get this squared away and it is in fact NOT on the paper. If you make it time sensitive for me, you need to return the favor and get back to people in a timely manner as well.

I should have know the minute I sat down at the table the Mr. Love and litterly smelt rotten teeth, that his attention to detail, even the most important detail, was laughable. The worst professional attempt I've ever seen in my life to do anything more less practice law. Constantly accusing me of not listening to what he was asking me to do, I literally had to record conversations and listen to them alone so I could confirm what I was being asked to do, that I wasn't.. The answer was 0.. This is obviously his go-to to defend his lack of knowledge or the eminent results that I'm certain most receive when using his services .I would strongly suggest, let me rephrase this so I feel good about the review I'm giving, I WOULD TELL ANYONE THAT I KNOW - that YOU have a better shot if you represent than you will ever have walking through door of this Law Firm.

The debt collector part of this law firm lacks professionalism, communication, and ethics that take advantage of any sutiation.

I've received an email requesting payment for a debt that I'm unfamiliar with. The email doesn't provide details about the nature of the debt, and I am currently located in South Africa. There's a hyperlink in the email that I haven't clicked. Can you confirm if there is a Jenna Turner working there or if this might be a scam?

Nicola was very helpful and always responded promptly to our queries. Chris answered all our questions at closing and helped us during the process and made our home closing process simpler. Highly recommend.

This Law office is A1 and have the best staff ever!! Kara works at this office and she Rocks. My HOA has not once but twice tried to file foreclosure papers on me for non payment of fees, hire Chris Karrenstein firm to pursue me. Thank you God this firm is honest and fair and looked into it per my request, because I had no idea of what was going on. Kara is a blessing and a angel she contacted my HOA after having me to send her a few documents . Long story short, My HOA was in the wrong and she had my HOA to pay the legal fees, and I was in the clear. Thank you Kara, Thank you to the entire staff of the Law office of Chris Karrenstein. Please give Kara a RAISE and a Job Well Done. She literally saved my wallet and my kids Christmas I know its Sep, but that would have put me in a deep hole, that I would not have been able to get out of before Christmas. the lady that answers the phone is very rude and condescending. She hung up on me a few times.
