"We will treat you with compassion and hand-hold you through every step of what can be a confusing and challenging process. If need be, we will aggressively litigate your case." This is what is written on the website right next to a photo of Serge Semirog. However, in my experience with him, Mr. Semirog was anything but compassionate. In fact, Mr. Semirog's behavior was coarse and highly, highly unprofessional. He spoke to us, his clients, with utmost disrespect. Instead of calmly and respectfully dissuading our fears about our situation, a case he readily took on, he would behave rudely, speak snidely, and go as far as hanging up during telephone calls. There was no hand-holding here, there wasn't even a modicum of empathy. If Mr. Semirog was aggressive about anything, it was about avoiding conversations and work regarding our case. Had he a tiny sliver of professionalism and human decency, this review may have gone a different direction. We never expected immediate results- but we did expect Mr. Semirog to answer phone calls, to calm our very understandable anxieties regarding our situation, as a professional would. We trusted him to help us, but he made this a more stressful and agonizing process for us.

The moment I got into my car accident those first minutes were filled with panic and stress. I called my paralegal friend who works for Serge. She assured me that they would take the burden of stress onto their shoulders. The process has always been about my needs and well being. I got into a car rental within hours of my accident.
