We worked with Lindsey Dasher for 2 years on our custody case and she exceeded our expectations. Our case was complex and difficult emotionally but she was very professional and compassionate. Our case was a grandparent custody case and what was unique about it was the fact that my daughter is a professional and did not have any drug or alcohol issues. This was about the stepfather and his treatment of the kids. Lindsey treated us and my daughter with the upmost respect. My husband and I won custody of the kids and it will be a long time before mine and my daughters relationship is healed, but Lindsey was gentle and respectful with us and my daughter. She showed us that you can be courteous, genuine and still win a case. I absolutely would recommend her!

Lindsey is a great lawyer. We hired her for our case involving my son and his father and she was prompt with her responses to me, stayed on top of what needed to be done and did well keeping me informed. During the year, Lindsey did well explaining the possible outcomes and reviewing all of the options for me. I would definitely hire her again if needed.

What started as a simple child custody (preference) case unfolded into a dynamic matter that changed a life forever! Her advice, representation, and negotiations got us to "yes"! She spoke for me when military obligations prevented me from being physically present in the courtroom and speaking on behalf of me and my family. I'll hire her again when it's time to negotiate/finalize the final piece of my divorce settlement.

I actually had a consultation with Lindsey originally for one case, but hired her for another. She took the time to explain everything in detail with me in relation to my case, and explored all avenues to find a potential solution that was favorable for me. The result was a favorable solution. She was very organized, willing to fight for me, and yet very caring about my situation. She kept me informed at all times whenever any actions were taken for my case, and explained everything thoroughly. While doing this she never once did anything frivolous to get more money out of me. She was concerned about me and my son and not lining her pockets. Being a organizer of a local divorce support group I've heard a lot of horror stories about lawyers doing this. With Lindsey you will get the opposite. She wants the best for you, and provides her services at a fair cost. Therefore, I highly recommend hiring her for your case.
