I highly recommend this firm. GLBT friendly. I potentially needed an attorney licensed in NC and SC. Lindsey is well versed in family law in both states. Extraordinarily connected within this areas' legal community. She and her office staff were prompt in handling my needs as they arose, even during the height of the Covid Pandemic. They kept me grounded during some highly emotional times and provided me with patient expert guidance.

We worked with Lindsey Dasher for 2 years on our custody case and she exceeded our expectations. Our case was complex and difficult emotionally but she was very professional and compassionate. Our case was a grandparent custody case and what was unique about it was the fact that my daughter is a professional and did not have any drug or alcohol issues. This was about the stepfather and his treatment of the kids. Lindsey treated us and my daughter with the upmost respect. My husband and I won custody of the kids and it will be a long time before mine and my daughters relationship is healed, but Lindsey was gentle and respectful with us and my daughter. She showed us that you can be courteous, genuine and still win a case. I absolutely would recommend her!

What started as a simple child custody (preference) case unfolded into a dynamic matter that changed a life forever! Her advice, representation, and negotiations got us to "yes"! She spoke for me when military obligations prevented me from being physically present in the courtroom and speaking on behalf of me and my family. I'll hire her again when it's time to negotiate/finalize the final piece of my divorce settlement.

My final divorce was finalized in January 2019. Although the process felt long, Lindsey was the upmost professional. She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable in her field.
