My dealings with C.W.Lachey Law PLLC have been of the highest order. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his staff. Prompt responses to any and all questions A very Professional and friendly staff. I would recommend CW Lachey to anyone seeking legal support or advice.

Excellent Attorney. Worked with us with a very difficult situation and went out of his way to attend to our needs. Very intellengent and knowledgeable about several subjects we were involved in. I would NOT recommend Mr. Lachey’s services. My Father (who is now legally incompetent due to advanced dementia) visited Mr. Lachey seeking his assistance. Mr. Lachey changed my Dad’s estate planning documents and later unsuccessfully represented him in a Mecklenburg County guardianship hearing. My attorney contacted Mr. Lachey’s office regarding our concerns over my Father’s mental health, and he still proceeded with changing his power of attorney and estate planning documents without any medical verification of mental capacity. He later accompanied my Father to a Bank of America branch and had his bank hold removed. That same day, he asked my Dad to write him a check for legal services. In the court filing (filed in Mecklenburg County), it was noted that my Dad could not articulate what the requested check was for. Our family was forced to make the decision to take my Dad’s vehicle for his safety and that of the general public as his driving was unsafe. Even after receiving a letter from a medical doctor recommending my Dad have “supervision”, Mr. Lachey instructed my Dad to call the police on me for taking his vehicle (and billed him at a rate of $700/hour for the call). In our third hearing, Mr. Lachey said he disregarded the letter from the Charlotte area medical doctor because it was not notarized. There are too many other examples of his misconduct for me to list here. My entire family and others involved in this excruciatingly difficult and emotional process with my Father were shocked at Mr. Lachey’s behavior. Our family has filed a complaint with the NC Bar.

Great Attorney. Clear and concise. Will provide the guidance needed to protect yourself and handle the situation. A good investment.

Was not clear on his billing practices and feel he ripped me off. I didn't even meet him in person and that's professional? He made my case more stressful because I was excited to start to see my kids and then I realized I hired this jackass attorney. I eventually fired him and moved on.

Horrible experiance with Mr. Lachey!!! I was charged by the hour and I feel he totally ripped me off !!! He did the same I see with a other person too and did not do nothing to help the case ! I had to do his job in court cause he did not know what to say , the worse I seeing in my life . If you have a chance find someone else cause you will not win anything with this guy !! He will charge you much more then what he says and after it is very hard to prove it !! This is for people to know that you will lose your money if you go and try to use this person . Run From it cause it is the worse !! Run !! Run !! Run !! And if you don’t hear me you will see after you use it !! And you are going to remember what I am saying .. very bad job .. I would only recommend to the person I am going against in court , cause I know I would win !! Good luck if you try this person .. The worse I seeing in my life !! Run if you want to win and if you want to lose just use this person .. The Worse you are going to get out there . I think that the people that put good comments it maybe Friends or people he this person know cause you will see how bad it is if you use this services .. don’t say I never told you .. it was the Worse of the Worse ..

I recently hired Mr. Lachey as my attorney and I have to say that he and his assistant Jasmine were absolutely amazing. They were both so warm, helpful, professional and courteous. Mr Lachey was amazing in the courtroom! He was impressive, calm, professional and confident. I would definitely hire Mr. Lachey’s firm for any and all my legal needs as well as highly recommending to anyone who has a legal issue to hire his firm. Horrible experiance with Mr. Lachey!!! I was charged by the hour and I feel he totally ripped me off. Would NEVER hired an attorney by the hour again!!! Charged my almost $5500 to goto court once for modification of child support which went up and for visitation which I bailed on him because of his OUTRAGEOUS BILLS.... Now he is trying to come after me though a creditor for a balance he says I own. I DID NOT LIKE YOUR WORK!!!! DO YOU GET IT!!! In my opinion he plays with his google reviews...
