Jon is the best. He is MY LAWYER. When I have a concern I will call him and only him. He is the man. I do not need to consult the OTHER guys that post their ads. Jon is correct.

We were traveling home from a vacation and got a speeding ticket. We did not want to come back the distance for the court date and were hoping to get it reduced. Jon Welborn was able to exceed our expectations and no points.

Even a mis-calculation of speed can mean hours or days of disruption to what is already a pretty busy month. In my situation, the risk of derailing of a hard fought appointment schedule that no overlapped with a court date. So with that threat looming over my head, I began looking through the assault of automailer letters and pre-printed direct mail cardstock that suddenly began pouring into my mail box with 72 hrs of my citation being issued. I looked at all of my new "friends" and thought "nah, this just doesn't feel right". A day or so later I Googled(v) the local Mocksville area for a few minutes, and found the Welborn Law firm. Not many reviews at the time, but the reviews that they did have were really great. Short and great. Jon's knack for online interaction, knowledge of the local "environment" and his confidence, quickly put me at ease. The web based case management service was extremely easy to navigate and in fact, was about as difficult as ordering socks on Amazon. The entire engagement was fully managed and communicated online. The outcome was exactly what he said it would be. My appearance was not required. I was able to avoid turning my calendar upside down. And, those are 3 very important points. So when traveling through North Carolina: Please be safe, and if you happen to find yourself in an less ideal situation, give Jon a call.

Mr. Welborn is awesome. Going through all of those attorney letters can be nerve-racking and frustrating, but Mr. Welborn's letter stood out in a lot of ways. He is quick, responsive, kind, and helpful. He also keeps a sense of humor about things, which was nice and helped keep things in perspective. He offers a free initial consulatation, in which he gave me a great rundown of my case, my options, and the likely outcomes. I was able to communicate with him quickly and efficiently through his website, which I was also able to use to make my payments and gather information about my case. The best part was that I was able to keep in touch with him throughout the whole process. Not a secretary or a paralegal or anything like that, but the actual attorney who was handling my case.
