Found this law office on Google & decided to send them a message to see how responsive they were. About this time, I had sent inquiries to a lot of other firms and had yet to hear from any of them, so I decided to give Helms Law a try. Within the next day, they responded. I spoke with the legal assistant, Amor, and she made me feel comfortable & confident that my issue could and would be resolved and wouldn't anticipate any issues. The next step was just to send my payment in, and they would get everything going. Once payment was made, they worked quickly and efficiently and helped my case get resolved within a week! The best part is I never had to go into their office & show up to court! I was a bit skeptical at first since I didn't need to go into to the office and I never met anyone physically from this law firm, but Amor kept me up to date with everything & if she needed too, she always just gave me a quick call to get things cleared right away. Now, of course, if you want to go in and speak to them in person, they are more than happy to meet with you. They are very reasonable with their pricing compared to other law firms. Communication is key, and Amor did a great deal of it regardless of whether it was by text or phone call. Once my case was closed, they sent me all my documents and all the other information needed so i can have it on file. I definitely recommend them for any traffic ticket cases. You won't be disappointed.

Zach is a very professional down to earth guy. He is great to talk to, he listens to your concerns, and gives you his professional opinion. He takes the time to thoroughly listen to your issues and not sit there and watch the clock, like some other attorneys do, to rush you out of there and collect your money. As a teenager becoming an adult Tate helms law firm as helped me with multiple cases like my traffic tickets thanks to Tate helms and Amor Olmedo it has not only helped me with my tickets but see my view on Adulting.

Zach and Valerie are both great! Zach does a great job of explaining everything in terms you can understand. You never feel rushed. He also sends reminders as we all tend to get busy and not take the time to make the much needed changes he recommends we done. I would highly recommend (and have) using Zach and his services. Poor Service. Had to find out from clerk of court that no action had taken place to request for setting. Had to get a refund. In the attorney’s response to my review he fails to mention that I called the police who were able to get a concessionary refund from him. I was very cordial upon entering his office. But, as I had been delayed approaching 30 minutes on a scheduled meeting to discuss why he had not made a request for setting I saw an impossible pattern. He was ready to take my money but not ready to serve me. Thankfully he refunded the balance of my retainer. I was not removed from the property. I left the property after I signed for the refund check he had just written. I waited outside the office while the police officer negotiated my refund.
