I cannot recommend Mr. Jeffrey Thompson highly enough! In a moment of crisis, he was able to schedule me for a thorough, hour-long consultation within 24 hours—a huge relief when you urgently need legal guidance. His prices were extremely reasonable compared to other firms, which was another major plus. Mr. Thompson is an excellent listener and asks thoughtful questions to fully understand the situation. I appreciated his honesty about potential outcomes, both best- and worst-case scenarios, which helped me feel prepared and informed. Mr Thompson was my attorney for a traffic ticket. Brittany Honeycutt, the paralegal, was always great at responding to emails I sent with questions. This was my first traffic ticket ever, and Mr Thompson was able to get my case dismissed. I'm very happy I chose Arnold and Smith! I hope to never have to use Mr Thompson again, however I will certainly recommend him to my friends should they find themselves in a situation like myself.

Jeff Thompson and Brittany Honeycutt are the perfect team! Jeff was able to have my traffic charges completely dismissed and Brittany kept me fully informed through the entire process. You cannot go wrong with these two!!

Do NOT recommend for criminal defense. It was listed as a service offered but soon became VERY apparent that this is not in their area of expertise. It went about as miserably as it possibly could have. After the intial consult (and payment) Mr Thompson completely seemed to lose interest and drop the ball on our case. No research, no fact checking, no follow up. On day of court, the man we paid thousands of dollars reintroduced himself. Didn't even remember me from the consult. Court was a disaster, he had no real plan, and the notes he did have were mostly inaccurate. They may be great at family law; but accepting a case that is way out of your capacity and area of expertise is not good business. People's futures are often at stake. Worse than the waste of money; the damage he did, can't be undone!

The folks at the Ballantyne location recently helped us out with a business matter. They were very friendly, quick, and easy to work with. We will be coming back to them for any outside council we may need in the future, and we would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Waste of money and time..... High initial consult fee and I provided documentation for lawyer to review prior to the meeting... Lawyer (Stephen) showed up to the meeting unprepared and unaware of what I was there for. Spent a lot of money for him send an email and never received and legal advice. Emailed several times asking for legal advice on matter but no response. Guess it was worth taking my money but not providing a service.

Highly recommend Arnold & Smith. They handled my divorce quickly and gave me very good advice along the way while not charging me an arm and leg. Corey Noland is a great attorney!

Jeffrey Thompson was my lawyer and I couldn't of asked for anyone better for the charges I had. He listened to and answered all of my questions, he was always up front and honest with me. I highly recommend him. If I ever need a layer for anything again, he will be my first phone call.

I'm not sure any divorce proceeding you can actually win, or is truly clean, equitable, accurate or quick. I know that mine was none of these things and the details drew out for what seemed like indefinitely. Fortunately Ken Harris had a very good plan from the start and together we worked through each step as they presented themselves to us, and you know what at the end of the case and day, I feel like I did indeed actually WIN. Pick the right attorney at the right time, it’s critical to the outcome. Pick Arnold and Smith and call Ken Harris.
