She knows the laws and knows exactly what needs to be done to protect you and your family during such a difficult times. She is very responsive and alway makes you feel valued. The entire team goes above and beyond.

Zach is a very professional down to earth guy. He is great to talk to, he listens to your concerns, and gives you his professional opinion. He takes the time to thoroughly listen to your issues and not sit there and watch the clock, like some other attorneys do, to rush you out of there and collect your money. Zach and Valerie are both great! Zach does a great job of explaining everything in terms you can understand. You never feel rushed. He also sends reminders as we all tend to get busy and not take the time to make the much needed changes he recommends we done. I would highly recommend (and have) using Zach and his services. Zach Jackson does a nice job. He and his staff are efficient and quick to respond to your legal needs.

Poor Service. Had to find out from clerk of court that no action had taken place to request for setting. Had to get a refund. In the attorney’s response to my review he fails to mention that I called the police who were able to get a concessionary refund from him. I was very cordial upon entering his office. But, as I had been delayed approaching 30 minutes on a scheduled meeting to discuss why he had not made a request for setting I saw an impossible pattern. He was ready to take my money but not ready to serve me. Thankfully he refunded the balance of my retainer. I was not removed from the property. I left the property after I signed for the refund check he had just written. I waited outside the office while the police officer negotiated my refund.
