Jason did an amazing job in showing the court that I could no longer afford my outrageous alimony payment and that I was unable to make a large lump sum settlement on back alimony. I received speeding ticket going 81 in a 60. After doing research I realized anything 15 mph over can come with some serious consequences and a court appearance. I decided to call Jason Witt and I'm glad I did. I simply paid my $150 and he said he would take care of it. i sent him my citation and I heard from him a week later saying he got it reduced to improper equipment which is no points on insurance or DMV. I then paid my $263 fine and that was it, no court appearance. Any ticket will most likely be expensive but the $150 was well worth not having to appear in court and/or worry about points or loss of license. Jason was professional, easy going, and most importantly, effective. I would recommend giving him a call if you find yourself in similar a situation.

I seldom do reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case because of the excellent experience I had with Jason Witt. Jason gave me a fair assessment of my case, good and bad, and was extremely cost conscious, making sure I understood what my chances were and the kind of money it might take if my case went to trial. He did a great job of communication and was always quick to respond to my many e-mails and phone calls. In the end he came up with a great solution to my lawsuit, one that saved me thousands in legal expenses and probably took some money out of his pocket. But that's just the kind of attorney he is and the reason I have already recommended him to others and felt compelled to do this review. I don't think you can find better representation.
