After getting my first (and hopefully only) speeding ticket driving through Union County, I found Mr. Witt online and reached out for help! He was very prompt in replying after I reached out, even at a very late hour, and was able to help me every step of the way to get my ticket reduced to an Improper Equipment violation less than a month after I got the ticket. Very helpful, professional, and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone who needs help with a speeding ticket!

I recently received a serious speeding violation during a very stressful time in my life. The first law firm I contacted was not very positive regarding the possible outcome and the lawyer from the second law firm never attempted to contact me even though I was assured by her staff that she would. A friend referred me to Mr. Swain and I cannot sing his praises enough. His staff was friendly, empathetic, and helped relieve much of my anxiety related to my violation. Mr. Witt did an awesome job. I didn’t get him at first when I called, but he returned my call very quickly. I’d called around to a few places and it took them a couple days to get back to me. He was upfront with what he thought he could do for me. And gave me an overview of the process which I think is very helpful. And he was able to do more than what he thought would happen. So I appreciate the open honesty and that he went above and beyond. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

Mr. Swain and his staff were great throughout our entire experience. Very kind, knowledgeable and professional each time we spoke. Mr. Swain went out of his way to speak with us when it was convenient for us and answered all our questions patiently and honestly. Persuaded me to hire him because "he wouldn't let his kid's go to court without an attorney." Not once did he make me feel secure about my case. Over talk's you when you're not saying what he wants to hear. I've had to call the office 3 to 4 times a day to get someone to answer. He calls me 30 minutes after our scheduled time... 3 days before the court date to tell me he "doesn't recall what my case was about" and he "didn't know I hired him" and that I should probably hire someone else.
