I used JCDW for a Motorsports contract lawsuit. Mr. Tyler Diekhaus & Mr. Kevin Donaldson were my attorneys for this case. Tyler was my main point of contact with Kevin as my lead counsel. They were both extremely professional, always made time to listened to me, keep me updated and never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions; they were very personable which most lawyers are not. This lawsuit span was over a period of 1.5yrs with piles of documentation, information, pictures, emails, etc.; the attorneys of course are not racing professionals but they took the time to study every detail and all of the information so by the time we went to trial they had done enough research they were WELL versed in the field of drag racing motorsports. This type of dedication you do not see enough of and is what makes each client feel important. I' am very please with the work ethic, communication, details, and the results that followed everyone's hard work! Tyler & Kevin I appreciate everything you two have done to make this a success and I highly recommend using them for any motorsports case or anything that requires high attention to detail and hard work; these two are up for the challenge!!

When I pay for steak I don't expect to get Hamburger! Although I was charged a premium for a simple closing on a near half million dollar cash R.E. purchase, the service provided by Jones, Donaldson and Web caused delays. They were very unprofessional, and their lack of communication resulted in a loss of my funds due to their lack of diligence. This closing eventually ended with them ghosting me for no valid reason. If they simply returned a call or email...I would not have considered such a negative review. Their communication was poor, and their ability to close a simple transaction without title insurance, liens or even a survey took over thirty five days! My transaction was initially handed to a paralegal that never sincerely listened to me or my agents requests, resulting in extensions and finally with me having to contact an alternate law firm and travel to an out of town county courthouse to find paperwork that JCD&W insisted on locating even though it didn't exist! It wasn't required to close the transaction as per the contract terms. They claimed that I should purchase their title insurance and the document was required to obtain title insurance, well...I told them from the start I wasn't interested in buying their title insurance policy! They delayed over thirty days to try to sell me something that I made clear from the first day that I didn't want and was not going to be required as part of this all cash transaction.

This is one of the premier offices in Iredell County. They are the best at what they do.
