I do not generally write reviews however my husband and I had the best experience using Richard Webb to handle our TPR and adoption case. From the first inquiry to the finalization he communicated. He knew what we were wanting to do when we stumbled over the words we were trying to get out. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and just over-all the calm in the storm. He walked us through something we had never been through (and something I found really difficult to do) and did it with kindness, grace, and empathy. I used to find it really hard to trust someone who just hears a brief part of the story and says "I can do that for you" and believe that they would do it but when it came to Richard, he meant what he said and HE DID IT. The case came with some delays beyond his/our control but when it was time to go he was ready, efficient, and got it done. So, do yourself a favor and at least get a consult. I know every case is different and comes with their own challenges but he changed our family (in the best way possible) forever, so we will always be grateful for the inquiry we made. Thank you.

Worst experience with an attorney ever! Talked with Donaldson about final paperwork of my parents estate (Claude & Joyce Wingler) that I messed up. I was told he would get a continuance and laid out a plan of action. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called. I was told it was in review. Called back in a few days and was hung up on. After several calls, I told them I would come to get my paperwork. I had to get a continuance myself. I didn't get any explanation of why nothing was done. You would think since this was Dad's attorney, that this would've been taken care of. I don't recommend this attorney for anything. Very unprofessional and not loyal to their clients.

If you are in need of a attorney I highly suggest Tyler Diekhaus! You wont be disappointed. He was very professional and responsive! Definitely someone you can trust and know will get the job done! I felt overwhelmed when going to a lawyers office but he made it very easy an explained and helped me make the right decision for my case! He was amazing!
