Vicki I can not express my gratitude to you enough you showed me what a true person in your corner looks like from a legal counsel perspective. You gave me what I needed to make a time sensitive matter happen and quickly. Without you my son would have most likely been uprooted and taken hours away from me. Vicki is the best attorney I have ever worked with. I would give her 100 stars if that were an option. She treats her cases with the most care and concern that any client could hope for. I currently have full custody of my son because of her tremendous work and professional dedication. She is beyond fair on what she charges which is another added bonus. I very seldom leave reviews but hiring her has been life changing for my family. I feel so blessed that I picked up the phone and called her. You lie to your clients

I want to express my deep disappointment in response to your comment regarding my review. It is evident that you purposefully disregarded the entirety of the case, fully aware that I did not want to proceed with the time sharing plan that you encouraged despite my dissatisfaction. You gave me assurances that we would address the matter in court after six months, as per the request of both parties involved. However, when I followed your advice, you left me completely unsupported and abandoned. You failed to uphold your responsibilities as my hired attorney. I have substantial evidence to support this claim. If you had intended to withdraw from the case, it would have been more professional and ethical to do so in a transparent manner, instead of surprising me with an unexpected $4000 bill. Moreover, you only granted me a mere two days to respond if I wished to proceed, which is an unreasonable timeframe. This sudden and unethical approach is unlike any of my previous experiences with multiple lawyers. To exacerbate matters, you filed for withdrawal just one day before the deadline, and you neglected to address half of the concerns that were raised, which aligns with the experiences of other of your clients I know personally. As I have warned others before, I strongly advise anyone looking for a family lawyer to avoid Vicki Wilson. Nobody deserves to be treated in such a manner, especially when time and money are at stake. Not right!

When coming into any family/child custody cases it is beyond taxing on the individuals involved to say the least and the last thing the family needs is a lawyer to make the process harder. That is exactly what Vicki Wilson will do with your case. To begin with, you have a better chance at getting the President of the Untied States to answer on his personal cell phone then to get a hold of Vicki. In over 2 years of dealing with her she has gone through 3 paralegals before she decided to take the entire office workload on herself making it that much harder to get a hold of her. During court appearances she pushes more so for what the opposing side is asking for despite being aware of your nonnegotiable’s. She will bill you left and right without producing signed court documents that you are charged for or itemized invoices explaining the ungodly amounts. Even if you ask multiple times for it. She is very out of character and rude with her comments. At one point she explained to me that she had other clients that were her priority after not responding to me for weeks which is completely unprofessional to say to someone who has forked over thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars. As a lawyer I would think she could come up with better wording. What really took the cake was after finally getting her on the phone in January 2024 and expressing my extreme frustrations with her lack of progress in my case she told me to reach out in the beginning of February 2024 to remind her to file the next forms with court and assured me that things were heading in the right direction and that I had nothing to worry about as it is a time sensitive case. I did just that and made multiple attempts to get a hold of her (per usual), didn’t hear from her until 3 weeks later when I was emailed a formal letter (uncharacteristic of her) telling me that her policies have changed (which she had never mentioned before nor stated WHEN the policies changed) and explained that in order to file the very papers she promised to file in the beginning of February she would need an additional $4,000 dollars and needed an answer as to if I would like to proceed within the next 2 days or she was withdrawing from the case! I responded immediately with my concerns of her not mentioning this to me before hand and she ignored my inquiry until the 2 days had past and instead of addressing the concerns, she sent me a copy of the form of her withdrawing from my case that was filed a day before the deadline given to me. I am now left with an unresolved case, thousands in the hole and having to find a new lawyer and I have ample proof of all of this. Hiring Vicki Wilson as my attorney has been one of the worst decisions I have made and eagerly caution anyone considering giving her your hard earned money or valuable time.

Ms. Wilson is a careful listener. She asked the right questions until she had the answers and advice I needed. She is also confident in her expertise yet humble. My previous experiences with attorneys have been quite forgettable if not plain disappointing. But I will never forget Ms. Wilson's kindness and interest in helping me.
