I chose Richard to represent me in my legal separation based on a friends recommendation. I am extremely happy with my decision to hire Richard. My ex hired a high profile attorney and was completely disappointed, so much so, he requested we work with Richard to complete our papers. Richard's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail was instrumental in reaching an amicable agreement. He was very responsive and compassionate throughout this difficult process. I am super satisfied and happy with the results of what could have been a very painful process.

I cannot say enough about Mr. Webb and how much he has helped me. He handled my divorce a couple of years ago and has helped with a couple of cases involving my ex-husband since. He shows genuine concern for his clients and always looks out for what is best for them. I am happy that my cases are all completed now but will honestly miss working with Mr. Webb. He is hands down the best around.

Richard has been excellent so far in representing me in a contempt / child support modification case. I have had numerous other consultations over the last 7 years with lawyers and all advised of the case being too complicated from court issues / mistakes / not knowing where non custodial parent was located, ect. Richard was very thorough with the consultation and said he would be happy to take the case. Richard won the contempt case in court and was able to also get legal fees awarded in court. I am extremely happy with the representation I received and will be using Richard in the future. I'm certain this was the first time a lawyer had ever seen a truly bilateral agreement authored by the soon-to-be husband's lawyer! Coupling the thoughts of how you helped me navigate my divorce and the honest help you provided with the premarital agreement makes for a very powerful positive impression. Everyone wants to tell you how great their attorney is after that have a good experience, but what are they comparing to? I hired Mr. Webb to represent me in a divorce. I have hired a number of Lawyers in my lifetime and in each case I always felt that although they were listening to me they didn’t hear what I was saying, and, they were not necessarily doing the right thing but what was more expeditious and financially beneficial for them. I can emphatically say never once did I feel that way with Mr. Webb. Given divorce is a nasty business, Richard was accessible, efficient, to the point at all times, and thus made a difficult process tolerable. He has not only gained my respect but he has also gained a client for life as I will utilize Richard with my legal matters no matter where I reside in the future.
