I paid Mr Moore, who is a family law attorney $ 150 for 30 minutes of his time. I’m a senior who is legally blind and now has hearing impaired begging for legal help . My last attorney took $ 7,000 and I never got my legal separation papers. Mr Moore just couldn’t help me and told me what ‘I’ needed to. I must be from another planet because I had told him I don’t drive anymore and have no one to HELP me. Otherwise if I had thousands of dollars then Moore would help .

Mr Benton is one of the best attorneys I’ve ever dealt with and as a former police officer in Charlotte and NYC I’ve dealt with a lot of attorneys. He handled several family law matters for me. He is extremely prepared for each case and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend Mr Benton for any matter he practices. Matthew Moore is a Guardian ad Litem for my mother who is mentally and physically disabled he has not been doing his job to protect or check in on her when just trying to speak with in a nice calm manner he quickly wanted to defend his so called reputation and thought we was in the courtroom I guess but he is very unprofessional and lazy when it comes to his client he does not know nothing about my mother, he has not contacted me I had to reach out twice just for a call back which was not a call more of an argument that he wanted to start with me a pregnant woman he is incapable of doing his job and I can not believe this man is even practicing law. Since he is a partner of this firm he is not representing himself or the practice very well. I don’t know who gave him a law degree , but pray that you don’t have this prick representing you!

I hired Mr Benton for a criminial traffic case, the main goal was to try and keep my license. Once the case was resolved my license was suspended. Upon contacting Mr Benton's secretary many many times to try and resolve this I was told that my license should not be suspended and that I need to clear this up with the dmv. I had moved out of state and spend months of trying to resolve this from another state over the phone during covid which was near impossible. I had family go to dmv multiple times to try and get answers all because the secretary had told me My license should be ok and confirmed it with the court system on top of that only to tell me a few months later that Mr Benton confirmed my license will be suspended for a year. This is inexcusable unprofessionalism to waste me and my families time for several months because its next near impossible to speak to Mr Benton after he's hired....its like trying to talk to the wizard behind the curtain. You will only be able to talk to a secretary playing telephone with busy lawyer who has no time to actually talk to you and give you the correct info....I wouldn't recommend their services simply based on the fact that if they just let me speak to Mr Benton for 5 minutes it would have saved me several months of trying to resolve this from another state. I had to go to travel across the country just to go to the dmv and be told go back to your lawyer all because the lawer and dmv just keep pointing the finger at each other...in the end the dmv was correct and Benton's secretary was wrong.

My husband and I first consulted with Mr. Matthew Moore and felt great with the initial visit. He was very informational, gave us the pro/cons, and listened as we voiced our concerns. Throughout the case we felt informed and up to date on what was going on. He got back to us with questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. He sent us a full synopsis of what to expect in court and was completely prepared the day of court. There were specific things important to us and he stood firm with us every step of the way.
