Recently Mr. Collins met with my daughter and I to go over our Elder Care Will. He was very compassionate and patient with our questions and wanted to make sure we understood all meanings of contract. Mr. Collins represented me in a lawsuit filed against me, and he was more than I could have ever hoped for. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His opening and closing statements were precise and on point. You could tell he had really done his homework when he cross examined the defenses witnesses. He caught them in lies and/or off guard several times. Keeping in mind his demeanor throughout was always calm, cool and collected. There was never a moment he seemed to be caught off guard. If there was ever a motion or incident that something didn’t go our way, he was always prepared with a backup plan. It was like watching a chess match and our lawyer was already several moves ahead of the defendant. I know this review has run a little long, but I just can’t express how happy I am that Mr. Wes Collins was my lawyer during one of the most stressful times of my life!
