I recently moved on from my company after 12 years and was given a severance/separation agreement. I consulted with Justin to help a review of the legal agreement and the severance benefits to make sure nothing seemed out of the ordinary. He also reviewed a non-compete agreement I had signed before. I was able to use his advice to help go back to HR to clarify certain areas of the document that weren't stated explicitly, and get answers back from the company.
