I have worked with Michelle lippert on my divorce and child custody. With both she was compassionate she heard me out, she looked at all evidence, told me all the steps in sequence she was honest on how long everything thing would take. She always made sure things would go our way an never got my hopes up over anything. she got my divorce fairly quick. The custody order was fast an the rest omg amazing after waiting for 2years we won our last case on child custody an i never feared i would loose. I would like to thank Michelle and her team for all the hard work and time they put into my case an all the reassurance. Me and my kids will forever remember all the hard work an love yall gave us.

Any legal assitance would recommend somewhere else. They run on the 'buddy system'

Wasted $150 having them try to form an LLC for me. They've completely forgotten about me

The law office of Beyer & Lippert are a poor excuse as defense attorneys! Michell Lippert and David DiMaggio were hired for my niece's defense about a year and a half ago and they didn't do anything for their clients. They didn't communicate with their clients other than assume they were guilty and offer them plea deals. They didn't ever have a plan of defense, line up any witnesses on my niece's behalf, and they bullied them, therefore they had to be fired. I don't recommend the law office of Beyer and Lippert PLLC, Attorneys at Law in Burke County, Morganton, NC to anyone. Beware, they don't work for their clients, they work for the State!

I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had . Mr. Byers an Cynthia has truly made my life so much easier to continue to live my life . Cynthia has done nonthing but have open arms an has helped me feel like I am not failing as a parent . I truly appreciate each an everyone of them . Yall will never be forgotten in our family.

My experience with this attorney was not so wonderful. I'll stay in court until 1:00 p.m., and I only saw this lawyer one time and at the end of it when it got dismissed that longer was not even the one that came and told me she had her partner come and tell me. She's not a very good lawyer people skills
