Always good service

Mike Casey, Elizabeth Robbins and their supporting staff of Laura Daniels, Carla, and Malinda try their hardest to get your real estate transactions and family matters handled with expertise and in a timely manner. Covid times have put additional pressure on everyone with a huge volume of transactions to be processed with limited staff, but they have persevered and can get it done.

Elizabeth Robbins and team worked tirelessly on my behalf throughout a rough court battle that lasted over 2 years. They never gave up on me, returned my calls promptly, filed ... probably 1000s of forms, and took care of everything for me so I could focus on getting my health back. They were prompt, professional, friendly and extremely helpful any time I called or emailed. Give them a call, ask for Nanci or Elizabeth - these gals will not let you down. 100% highly recommend.

I would highly suggest that if you expect prompt service you look elsewhere. It seems that Mr. Casey is more occupied by other interests over those of his fiduciary obligations. Signed, an unimpressed client

I literally never write reviews, especially bad ones as I feel it's not appropriate and everyone has a bad day. But I 100% agree with Matthew Scott's review one week ago. This law firm on the Mike Casey side of the transaction was unprofessional and rude when they weren't meeting commitments, communicating and under-staffed. I'm an originator for 17 years in residential lending and this is at the lowest level of representation that I ever received. They can't handle the volume, Mike left for vacation for a week and they've cut off future orders. However those in process weren't given the decency to be given this information weeks ago which was the right thing to do when you were in line for 6 weeks. Sorry to be so harsh but this transparency is only appropriate for future clients to know going into to. I wish I had.

I am using Casey & Robbins right now to close on our new home. Because they have been unresponsive to both my lender and me, it looks like we will not close on time. We gave them 45 days to close and not only could they not do it, they were rude and unresponsive about it. Here’s the latest email from them so that you can be the judge, literally 31 days after we requested in writing the closing documents and after multiple emails and phone calls: “Just seeing this … had 9 closings yesterday …. Doesn’t give much time to read emails.“ That’s it.

Poor communication with other counsel and mishandling of wire transfers. Would not recommend.

Mike Casey is very personable, highly recommend!

Inexperienced, expensive and extremely poor service, not recommended.
