Clean office nice people trying to help.The ivoice was basic, but ok, I guess

Long story short, got a ticket, requested and paid $466 to this establishment to reduce infraction with no points and have now just received a notice of a pending suspension from the DOT due to an FTA for a traffic violation that this firm was supposed to have taken care of for me. Ironically now, no phone calls are being answered, the emails have gone unanswered, and the website/domain no longer populates. I could have taken care of this myself if I knew I was going to get screwed. I should have read the reviews and went with someone else. So now, as I process all the documentation I have of payment for alleged services rendered, contract, communication attempts, I hope the courts will grant some leniency due to this law firm basically stealing my money and breaking the contract. Now I have to make an attempt to visit the office IN PERSON in New Bern, which will cost me even more in gas money and having to take off of work which means losing money to feed my family. This firm constantly takes money from people and leaves them hanging, as it is very evident from the reviews. If they haven’t already been shut down I highly recommend an audit be performed and their doors closed. Absolutely unacceptable.

Mark Chesnutt came recommended to us by a local attorney and also a friend in the insurance industry to handle my 16 year old son’s first (and hopefully last) speeding ticket in New Bern from an Easter weekend trip to the beach. Chesnutt and team were able to handle to ticket and negotiate it down to a violation that would not hurt his license or insurance and no points! Whew, they are lifesavers and worth every penny my son is working to pay me back. 🤣 Highly recommend, even though I hope to never need them again! :)
